  • General Rules
    • Please respect neighbors' privacy and rest. Keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours (10 PM to 8 AM).
    • No parties or loud gatherings. The rooftop terrace is for quiet enjoyment only.
    • No loud music or disturbances that may reach neighboring apartments.
    • Smoking is only allowed on the rooftop terrace or designated outdoor areas. No smoking indoors.
    • Keep the apartment clean and tidy before departure.
    • Do not damage furniture, appliances, or decor. Treat the property with care.
    • Children must be supervised at all times, especially on balconies and rooftop areas.
    • Do not remove any items from the property, including towels and linens.
    • Guests are liable for any damage or loss during their stay.
    • Report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
    • No pets allowed unless approved in advance by management.
    • Do not rearrange furniture or decor without permission.
    • Open flames, including candles or grills inside the apartment, are strictly prohibited.
    • Always comply with local laws and community rules.

  • Quiet Times

    We want to ensure that everyone has a peaceful and enjoyable stay. We kindly ask that you be respectful of neighbors by observing quiet times from 22:00 to 8:00. During these hours, we ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum.

    We take these policies seriously to ensure that all of our guests and neighbors have a comfortable and restful stay. If you have any questions or concerns about our quiet time policies, please don't hesitate to ask our staff. We appreciate your cooperation and consideration for the comfort of all guests and neighbors.

  • Smoking Policy

    We are committed to ensuring a healthy and comfortable environment for all our guests, both present and future. For this reason, smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the villa, including rooms and all indoor spaces.

    We kindly ask that you consider future guests who prefer a smoke-free environment.

  • Pets

    We love animals and understand the importance of our furry friends to many of our guests. However, we have chosen to make this a pet-free place to stay due to a variety of reasons including allergies and hygiene concerns.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in keeping our property a clean and comfortable environment for all of our future guests. If you have any questions or concerns about our pet policy, please don't hesitate to ask our staff for recommendations on nearby pet-friendly accommodations.

  • Breakages

    Accidents can happen. If you happen to break something during your stay, please let us know immediately. For minor damages, we typically won't charge you. However, for more significant damages such as a broken TV screen, we will need to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later.

    We appreciate your understanding in keeping the property in excellent condition for future guests. Thank you for your cooperation!

  • What To Do In An Emergency

    In case of an emergency please follow these steps:

    1. Remain calm and locate the nearest emergency exit.
    2. Call 112 and also call us on +351 964 942 310 immediately and inform about the situation.
    3. Follow the instructions given.
    4. If you need medical assistance, please inform the staff immediately so they can contact the local emergency services.
    5. If there is a fire, activate the nearest fire alarm and evacuate the building immediately.

    We take the safety and security of our guests very seriously and have procedures in place to handle emergencies. If you have any concerns or questions about emergency procedures, please don't hesitate to ask for assistance.

    For emergency services (ambulance, police, fire) please immediately call 112. Do not delay if you feel an emergency situation has arisen. Our location is: Rua Beato Vicente de Albufeira 6, Apartamento N, 8200-161 Albufeira, Portugal.

  • In Case Of a Fire

    In case of a fire please follow these steps:

    1. If you discover a fire, activate the nearest fire alarm and evacuate the building immediately.
    2. Assemble at the designated meeting point, which is located at a safe distance from the building.
    3. Call the emergency services, on number 112, immediately and provide them with your location and the details of the fire.
    4. If possible, use a fire extinguisher to put out the fire, but only if it is safe to do so and you have been trained to use it.
    5. Do not attempt to re-enter the building until a Fire Officer states that it is safe to do so.
    6. If you are unable to evacuate due to smoke or fire blocking your exit, close all doors and windows, and block any gaps with wet towels or clothing. Call the emergency services and inform them of your location.

    We take fire safety seriously, and we have fire alarms, smoke detectors and extinguishers. We also conduct regular fire safety checks to ensure that all equipment is in working order. If you have any concerns or questions about fire safety, please don't hesitate to ask our staff for assistance.

  • Emergency Phone Numbers

    If you believe an emergency situation has occurred, please do not hesitate to call 112 immediately for emergency services. Delaying a response could potentially worsen the situation.
